The original proposal encompassed both a feasibility study of possible components of a Santa Barbara Cooperative Farm Food Hub project and the subsequent writing of a viable strategic plan, detailing the infrastructure necessary to ensure access to healthy, nutritious food by supporting local farmers and distribution efforts.
